PURPOSE: To provide the subject structure, resistant to getting out of contact when fixing a member such as tape but easy to release noiselessly, freely releasable, thus useful for fixing diapers, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The objective structure made up of (A) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer consisting of a tacky material predominant in a rubber consisting mainly of an ABA- or AB-type block copolymer (A is thermoplastic block; B is rubber block) and (B) a release treatment layer consisting of a silicone- based release treating agent containing 1-80 (pref. 5-60)wt.% of a three- dimensional organopolysiloxane. For example, the back sheet B on a paper diaper A is laminated with a film 1 coated with said silicone-based release treatment layer 2 through an adhesive 3, while a tape substrate 5 for a fastener tape F is provided with said pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4, and the objective structure is constituted at the boundary surface between the layers 2 and 4.
