Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive and lightweight structure of a roof by which moisture in an attic is discharged outdoors, corrosion of a sheathing roof board or the like is prevented, air-conditioning efficiency is improved, the construction is facilitated due to its simple structure, and deformation or damage of a roof material can be prevented.

The structure of the roof includes a sheathing roof board, a roofing laid on an upper surface of the sheathing roof board, and the roof material laid on an upper surface of the roofing. The roofing has a moisture permeable waterproof sheet and a three-dimensional ventilation member having a ventilation passage in the three-dimensional direction. While securing a waterproof property by the moisture permeable waterproof sheet, a roof ventilation passage is formed with the three-dimensional ventilation member between the sheathing roof board and the roof material. The roof ventilation passage is continuously connected to an air-intake part and a ventilation discharge part. The outside air is made flow to the air-intake part, the roof ventilation passage and the ventilation discharge part, and the humidity (moisture) in the attic absorbed by the sheathing roof board is evaporated by being permeated into the roof ventilation passage by the moisture permeability of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet, and is discharged outdoors through the ventilation discharge part.
