To provide a structure for securing a planar member for printing, and a mounting method and removing method of the planar member for printing allowing the planar member for printing to be held in a small space in the thickness direction of a printing cylinder while suppressing the size of a gap, and allowing the planar member for printing to be easily mounted/removed and to be surely secured when mounted.
A first shaft-like member 52 and a second shaft-like member 53 are equipped in a locking groove 51 formed inward from the outer peripheral surface 1a of the printing cylinder 1 so that a notched surface 52b of the shaft-like member 52 and a recessed surface 53b of the shaft-like member 53 face each other. A holding tail side bent part 2b of the planar member 2 for printing is inserted between both surfaces 52b, 53b in the locking groove 51 from an opening 51a, and the shaft-like member 52 is rotated to hold and fix the holding tail side bent part 2b by a cylindrical outer peripheral surface 52a of the shaft-like member 52 and a protruding part 54 formed at the edge part of the recessed surface 53b of the shaft-like member 53.
