PURPOSE: To achieve workability of pipes arranged in dwellings, easier maintenance and management of the arranged pipes, and moreover, an effective utilization of dwelling spaces in a sprinkler equipment mounted on a building such as apartment house.

CONSTITUTION: An extinguishing water supply upright pipe 51 is provided so as to be extended vertically in an apartment house in which dwellings 10 each having dwelling spaces 11a sandwiched by slabs are laid vertically while a lateral pipe comprising pipes 52 of floors to be supplied with extinguishing water, pipes in the dwellings to be supplied with the extinguishing water and the like are provided to allow the supplying of the extinguishing water taken in from the extinguishing water supply upright pipe to the dwellings. The dwellings have a header 55 being connected to the pipes in the dwellings supplied with the extinguishing water and a plurality of sprinkler heads are arranged in the dwelling spaces of the dwellings. The header and the sprinkler heads are respectively connected through individual pipes 56 for supplying the extinguishing water and the individual pipes for supplying the extinguishing water are buried into the slabs.
