Title:
STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING ROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2701661
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform mounting and dismounting of a bracket in a single operation, to maintain a mounting attitude steadily, and to prevent easy damage of a belt by forming a lower engaging groove so as to open upwards and an upper engaging groove so as to open downwards in the inner surface side of at least one of a pair of bracket supporting frames.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 20 is mounted on a supporting frame 2 by engaging the lower end of the bracket 20 with a lower engaging groove 5 by means of elastic repulsion of a part 21 to be engaged through inserting the lower part of the bracket 20 into a supporting frame 2 side after inserting the upper part of the bracket 20 into an upper engaging groove 6. A roller shaft 11 is fitted to a shaft fitting part 23 with a loose fitting distance between stopper parts 25. During a carrying period, upward movement of the rollers 10, on which a load of an object to be carried is applied, is constrained, and abutment of a belt 15 on roller bodies 12 is maintained steadily. In addition, because the rollers 10, to which the load is not applied, can move upwards within the range wherein a square shaft part 11A abuts on the stopper parts 25, abutment of the belt 15 on the roller bodies 12 can be performed without applying load.
