Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a torch burner which is reduced in the number of assembling processes which have been performed for a conventional torch burner, simplifies the assembling work of the torch burner by eliminating the necessity for performing the assembling work while taking into consideration an attachment direction of a component, is enhanced in efficiency, and improved in assembling performance.SOLUTION: A structure of a torch burner has: a main body unit having a valve therein; a burner unit having a burner; a piezoelectric unit; and a piezoelectric ignitor having an ignition plug which is electrically connected to the piezoelectric unit. The ignition plug has an insulator and an ignition needle bonded to the insulator, is finished to a prescribed space, and fixed by being assembled into a prescribed position corresponding to the burner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
