Then a space of the board 2 including the vibrator 3 and the parts 4 is covered with a metallic shade 5. In such a constitution of a piezoelectric oscillator, plural cut parts 6 are formed along the fringe of the under surface of the shade 5 corresponding to the outer circumference contour of the top surface of the cover 12. Then the contact is secured between the parts 6 and the outer circumference of the shade 5 to position the shade 5 to the vibrator 3, and the contact part between the cover 12 and the shade 5 is fixed by a binder 20.
