Abstract:
To provide a method of attaching a catalyst layer of a fuel cell having high performance that may be obtained at a low cost in manufacturing a structured electrode used for a polymer electrolyte film fuel cell.
The method of attaching a catalyst layer of a fuel cell by a drop on demand (DOD) ink jet printing by paying attention to unexpected advantageous properties of an electrode having a structural feature of a "coffee ring", includes a stage for attaching ink that generates a substantially circular structure (114) provided with a bead (9) at a periphery onto a printing surface (8).
