This stent 11 is used by being inserted/detained in the internal cavity of a tubular organ of a biological body, has a mesh-like structure by a combination of linear sections (struts) 21, and at the same time, has a stent main body 2 of which the overall shape is an approximately tubular shape. The linear section 21 of the stent main body 2 has a hollow section 211 for housing a filler such as a medicament, and small holes 212 and 214 which leave the hollow section 211 open out. The small hole 212 is left open out at least at one end of the hollow section 211. The small hole 214 is left open out on the peripheral wall section of the stent main body 2.
