Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constituent member of furniture which has high strength by a carbon fiber, prevents a carbon fiber-reinforced resin such as an epoxy resin fixing the carbon fibers from being seen through from the outside of a woody surface material, has good appearance, and can be suitably used as at least a part of the furniture.SOLUTION: A constituent member 1 of furniture has a laminated integral structure having at least a core material 10 and a woody surface material 40, has a reinforcement layer 20 formed by impregnating and curing an epoxy resin 23 in carbon fiber sheets 21 and 21' between the core material 10 and the woody surface material 40, and has an impermeable penetration preventing sheet 30 between the reinforcement layer 20 and the woody surface material 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
