To solve problems that, in a method of attaching the abrasion-resistant plate to a base metal by stud welding, an abrasion-resistant plate peels off because a stud welding pin wears precedingly, that workability falls off because an abrasion-resistant material is mounted on the stud welding pin after stud welding and that the abrasion-resistant plate is unnecessarily thickened by the thickness of the flange of the stud welding pin and the thickness of the abrasion-resistant material because of a structure in which the abrasion-resistant material is mounted onto the top of the flange of the stud welding pin.
The stud welding pin is mounted with a current-carrying shaft around which an abrasion-resistant liner with a through hole is fitted. The abrasion-resistant liner is brazed to the stud welding pin and the current-carrying shaft to prevent the stud welding pin from wearing so that the abrasion-resistant material does not fall off from the stud welding pin even in a high-temperature environment or in an environment where external force such as centrifugal force acts.
