PURPOSE: To improve the traveling stability on a railroad, keeping the ice show performance, by forming a shoulder surface passing through the point which is eccentric by a prescribed dimension inwardly in the tread width direction and inwardly in the tire radial direction from the crossing point between the locus of the tread radius and the extension line of the inclined surface on both the sides of a tread part, a both the edge parts in the width direction of the tread part.
CONSTITUTION: The point P2 in the distance (a)=0.6-3.00mm inwardly in the tire radial direction from the crossing point P1 between the locus of the tread radius and the extension line of each inclined surface on both the sides of a tread part 1. Further, the point P3 which is eccentric by the distance (b) in 0.02-0.1 times of the tread width T is obtained on the center side in the width direction of the tread part 1 from the crossing point P1. The shoulder surface 5 of the shoulder radius R2 is formed in inclined form so as to pass through two points P2 and P3.
