To provide a thermoplastic resin composition giving a molded article excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance, moldability, scratch resistance, colorability and appearance of the article, wherein the resin composition remains unchanged in its color tone even when left unattended under a low temperature atmosphere; and to provide the molded article.
The thermoplastic resin composition (D) includes: a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft-polymerizing an aromatic vinylic monomer and one or two or more monomers copolymerizable therewith to a diene-based rubbery polymer; a copolymer (B) obtained by copolymerizing an aromatic vinylic monomer and one or two or more monomers copolymerizable therewith; and a copolymer (C) obtained by copolymerizing methyl methacrylate monomer and one or two or more monomers copolymerizable therewith, wherein the average content of the component derived from the methyl methacrylate monomer unit in the copolymer (C) is 70-99.5 mass%. The content of the copolymer (C) in the thermoplastic resin composition (D) is 30-90 mass%, the weight-average molecular weight of the copolymer (C) measured by the gel permeation chromatography is 60,000-300,000, and the content of a component having a molecular weight not larger than one fifth of the peak molecular weight (Mp) obtained by GPC elution diagram is 7-40% of the copolymer (C).
