SOLUTION: Each coincidence is integrated with an integration circuit 113, and output as total coincidence. When the total coincidence is obtained a comparison judgement circuit 114 compares a judgement condition stored to a judgement condition storing part 115 with the total coincidence and judges the authentication is performed if the total coincidence is larger than the judgement condition.
