To provide a submersible mechanical stirring aeration device which is capable of easily dealing with aeration tanks of different shapes and dimensions by mounting an easily mountable and removable casing cover of a simple construction to a discharge end of the submersible mechanical stirring aeration tank having the same shape and dimensions.
The submersible mechanical stirring aeration device of a bottom suction and top discharge type includes a suction casing 2 having an inhalation port 2a on the lower side and a discharge casing 3 having a discharge port 3a on the upper side, is installed in the treating liquid in the aeration tank and is operated while stirring the air inputted from outside the aeration tank and the treating liquid. The discharge port 3a end of the discharge casing 3 is removably provided with the planar casing cover 7 expanding in the diametral direction of the casing.
