Abstract:
To obtain a stable and supersensitive submersion detection circuit not having fear of a malfunction caused by dew condensation or the like.
This submersion detection circuit provided in a printed circuit board 11 for an electronic unit has a pair of submersion detecting sensor electrodes P10, P11, while detecting submersion of the electronic unit on the basis of a resistance change between the electrodes P10, P11. The submersion detecting sensor electrodes P10, P11 are oppositely disposed on the printed circuit board 11, while a U-shaped slit (an air gap) 12 is formed between the oppositely disposed submersion detecting sensor electrodes P10, P11.
