Abstract:

To improve the ejection speed of air jet blasted from a nozzle hole.

The objective weft-insertion subnozzle of an air jet loom is provided with a protrusion forming a spherical convex face in the nozzle near the tip end of the nozzle and an air blasting hole formed in the protrusion and positioned at the tip end side relative to the center of the protrusion.
