To provide subscriber line inspection system, method and program in which maintainability can be enhanced for the fault in an MDF.
The subscriber line inspection system comprises subscriber circuits 11 and 12, Hybrid circuits 31 and 32, power supply circuits 41 and 42 equipped with fault detection circuits 41a and 42a, an MDF 6, voltage/current monitor circuits 71 and 72 connected with the MDF 6 through relays 51 and 52, and a maintenance system monitor circuit 10 connected with the power supply circuits and the voltage/current monitor circuits. The fault detection circuit transmits a power supply fault detection signal to the maintenance system monitor circuit when a fault is detected, and the voltage/current monitor circuit measures the voltage and the impedance and transmits the measurements to the maintenance system monitor circuit where a decision is made whether miss connection exists or not based on presence of the power supply fault detection signal, the measurements of impedance and the measurements of voltage, and then the position and form of miss connection are notified to a maintenance staff.
