PURPOSE: To reduce an unnecessary processing against a calling request when a line is occupied by informing a terminal of a line usage condition when a call is connected or when the line is disconnected.

CONSTITUTION: A title device is provided with a call connection means 11 to execute the call connection when the calling request is received from terminals 101∼10m and to set a line between a calling side terminal and a network side or another called side terminal, a call disconnection means 1 to disconnect the line to be set by the call connection means 11 and a line usage condition information means 13 to inform the terminals 101∼10m of the line usage condition concerning which line is used when the call connection means 11 sets the line and the call disconnection means 12 disconnects the line. Consequently, since the terminals 101∼10m can know the line usage condition, the calling is not executed when the line is occupied. Thus, the unnecessary processing against the calling request when all channels for speaking are occupied can be reduced.
