To form the movement of a soil cutting blade into an elliptical locus, promote the expansion and softening of soil and enable the evacuation and rotation of a subsoiler rod when an overload is applied to the soil cutting blade in a subsoiler structure of a carrot harvester.
This subsoiler structure of a carrot harvester is obtained by pivoting a subsoiler rod 9 on a part of a crank pivot point P1 of a main link 10, pivoting the top of the subsoiler rod 9 on a rotating shaft 19 relatively to a driven link 11, pivoting the driven link 11 on a pivot shaft 13 to a driven arm 12 upwardly protruding from the main link 10 to the main link 10, fitting a crank shaft 7 and a crank driven unit 6 in the part of the crank pivot part P1, further pivoting the subsoiler rod 9 on an overload rotating pivot shaft 21 installed in a soiler supporting unit 4, interposingly installing an overload sensing cam between the subsoiler rod 9 and the subsoiler supporting unit 4 and urging the overload sensing cam in the direction to integrate the subsoiler supporting unit 4 with the subsoiler rod 9 with an urging spring.
