To solve a problem that in some conventional substance conveying devices comprising a bottom plate, moving frame bodies going round the bottom plate vertically, and conveyance plates provided in the moving frame bodies approximately orthogonal to the moving direction leaving predetermined gaps, conveyed objects are dropped down all when inventing the conveyance plate and cannot be successively dropped by small amount, and if soil has certain viscosity, when inventing the conveyance plate, the whole soil before the next conveyance plate is dropped together, leading to simultaneous drop of substantial amount of soil.

This substance conveying device comprises a hopper, a bottom plate 2, moving frame bodies and conveyance plates 3 provided in the moving frame bodies approximately orthogonal to the moving direction leaving predetermined gaps. The moving frame bodies go around the bottom plate 2 vertically, and the bottom plate 2 is a fixed type. The bottom plate 2 is formed so as to drop conveyed objects from the bottom plate 2 inside a rotating shaft 4 of the moving frame bodies.
