Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet that has a good antistatic property, releasability, oligomer sealability and inspection easiness as a member material for touch panel of electrostatic capacitance type, and that has an oligomer sealing capability on the release film itself.SOLUTION: A substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet 10 comprising release films 31,32 respectively laminated on both surfaces of an adhesive layer 11, characterized in that the peel force of one of the release films (first release film) 31 is smaller than the peel force of the other film (second release film) 32, the second release film 32 is a biaxially oriented polyester film on which a hydrolyzable silicon compound containing coating layer 24, a release layer 25 are sequentially provided, the variation of orientation angle in the film plane is 6 degrees/500 mm or more, and the oligomer amount extracted by dimethylformamide from the release layer surface after heat treatment (180°C, for 10 minutes) is 0.5 mg/mor less.
