Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substrate film having excellent heat stability in a production by calendering, providing an adhesive sheet having adhesive strength of an adhesive not extremely dropped even after long-term passage, retaining approximately initial adhesive strength when an obtained film is used as a substrate film and coated with an adhesive into pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, preferably a substrate film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for a skin patch including a first-aid bandage, and to provide a method for producing the substrate film.
SOLUTION: This substrate film for pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based polymer, 40-70 pts.wt. of a polyester-based plasticizer having 1,500-3,000 number-average molecular weight, 0.1-10 pts.wt. of an organic phosphite stabilizer having 800-3,000 molecular weight, 0.5-2.5 pts.wt. of at least one kind of metal soap selected from among a fatty acid calcium, a fatty acid zinc and a fatty acid barium and 0.1-1.0 pt.wt. of hydrotalcite. This method for producing the substrate film for pressure- sensitive adhesive sheet is characterized by making the resin composition into a film by calendering.
