Title:
SUBSTRATE FOR IMMOBILIZING BIOCHEMICAL SUBSTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004045201
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a substrate where the amount of immobilization in an organism-related substance increases by improving the affinity between a carbon substrate surface and a coating agent.

In the substrate for immobilizing biochemical substances, a carbon substrate surface is halogenated and the affinity between the substrate surface and the coating agent is improved. In this case, fluorine or chlorine is preferably used as halogen, and carbon used for a substrate material is preferably amorphous carbon.
