Title:
SUBSTRATE METAL FITTING FOR DRIVING SCREW INTO CONCRETE SURFACE, AND CONCRETE MOLD SUPPORT STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016108720
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate metal fitting for driving a screw into a concrete surface that enables a screw member to be driven at an edge of concrete in a way that ensures effectiveness, without chipping the concrete body.SOLUTION: A substrate metal fitting 1 for driving a screw is a metal fitting embedded in a concrete body 2 with a surface of the metal fitting exposed, and includes a surface plate part 3, an embedded member part 4, and a leg part 5. The surface plate part 3 is made of material that ensures piercing and resistance against pull-out of a screw member 7 having a tap function, for example a steel plate. The embedded member part 4 is a member disposed on a rear surface of the surface plate part 3, is embedded in the concrete body 2, and accommodates a part of the screw member 7 protruding toward a rear side from the surface plate part 3. The leg part 5 extends rearward from the surface plate part 3, is embedded in the concrete body 2 and resists against pull-out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
