To obtain a substrate sheet for a conductive polyester sheet, which has sufficient conductive performance and sufficient mechanical strength for protecting electronic parts being contents and yet is inexpensive, a conductive polyester sheet comprising the same and a packaging container for an electronic part such as a carrier tape, etc.
The substrate sheet for a conductive polyester sheet comprises a polyester composition obtained by mixing a main component of a polyester (A) composed of ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit with a polyester (B) composed of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid as a main acid component and ethylene glycol and neopentyl glycol as main glycol components and has ≤40% transesterification ratio of the substrate sheet.
