Abstract:
To provide a technology which can control drive of a plurality of motors in a substrate working machine comprising the plurality of motors with a simple control configuration.SOLUTION: A substrate working machine comprises: a first motor; a second motor which cannot be driven simultaneously with the first motor during a prescribed work; a first drive circuit; a second drive circuit; and a first control device which outputs a first control signal to the first drive circuit and the second drive circuit. The first drive circuit is configured so that a first driving signal cannot be generated when the second drive circuit is generating a second drive signal, and so that the first drive signal can be generated when the second drive circuit is not generating the second drive signal. The second drive circuit is configured so that the second drive signal cannot be generated when the first drive circuit is generating the first drive signal, and so that the second drive signal can be generated when the first drive circuit is not generating the first drive signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
