Abstract:

To successively produce a twisted yarn having excellent quality, while hardly causing snarl by setting the yarn tension at the finishing time of a spinning process so as to be same as the yarn tension at the finishing time of a twisting process.

This method for successively producing a twisted yarn comprises connecting a spinning process with a direct twisting process by using a nonstop supplying method, setting the time interval between the finish of the spinning process and the finish of the twisting process so as to be <1 sec, preferably <0.5 sec, more preferably <0.1 sec, and setting the yarn tension at the finishing time of the spinning process so as to be same as the yarn tension at the finishing time of the twisting process.
