PURPOSE: To perform the suction of a substance to be sucked within a definite short time without interruption, in other words, without interrupting operation, by sucking the substance to be sucked (the gel like turbid part of a vitreous body) under vacuum.
CONSTITUTION: The first receiving part 109 is reduced in pressure in order to suck a substance 34 to be sucked from a suction port part 30 through the first passage 8. At this time, the first receiving part 109 having small capacity may be reduced in pressure to be set to predetermined pressure required in suction. The substance 34 to be sucked in the first receiving part 109 can be transferred to the second receiving part 18 having the same pressure as the first receiving part 109 or reduced by predetermined pressure by opening the second passage 33 by evacuating a balloon 107. Since the second passage 33 is separated from the first passage 8, the suction work of the substance 34 to be sucked from the suction port part 30 to the first receiving part 109 can be continued during the transfer work. That is, it is unnecessary to interrupt the operation.
