Abstract:
PURPOSE: To clean a cleaning surface effectively by arranging a cleaning body and the number of revolutions suitable for the cleaning surface of a carpet, tatami mat, floor surface and the like.
CONSTITUTION: Cleaning bodies as a brush 25 and a blade 26 are mounted on a brush base 21 and a rotary brush 6 mounted on a rotor 29 of the brush base 21 is rotated with a motor as drive source through a belt. In a suction device for floors of such a type, the rotor 29 is formed hollow and the cleaning bodies as the brush 25 and the blade 26 are fastened symmetrically on the brush base 21. The brush base 21 is mounted inside the rotor 29 so that the blade 26 sticks out from the rotor 29 when the number of revolutions of the rotary brush 6 is small and the brush 25 sticks from the rotor 29 when the number of revolutions is small.
