Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a suction member of a vacuum cleaner, which does not damage a carpet by reducing operating force of the suction member on the carpet and by protecting the carpet from being caught by a suction port of the suction member.
CONSTITUTION: In a suction member of a vacuum cleaner, a groove-shaped suction portion 6 formed in a longitudinal direction of the front portion of the under face of a lower case portion 1 is enlarged by forming a dent portion 110 on the bottom toward the rear side at the lower position of a suction port 5. A rotor 100 is arranged in the enlarged concave portion 110.
