Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely implement suction of parts by stopping suction once while turning a suction member so that a parts suction direction may correspond to the direction of gravity when a detected suction force is larger than a specified suction force in the case that parts are sucked by a suction nozzle, and then restarting suction.
SOLUTION: A head sucks intermediate retaining members 25a-25b of L shape by a suction member 27 and mounted to a frame. The member 27 has four suction nozzles 35-38 and the suction force is sensed by a pressure sensor. In the case that the suction force of the nozzle is larger than a specified suction force when the member 27 is lowered to an arbitral position with respect to the members 25a, 25b, the upper and lower surfaces are made upside down. Thereby, the suction force of the pressure sensor moves to the direction of the gravity. Then there occurs no suction error, suction control is once stopped, and then it is restarted, thereby allowing the members 25a, 25b to be sucked onto a suction surface of the suction member 27.
