Abstract:
To provide a suction table of a machining machine capable of preferably preventing the deterioration of sucking performance of the suction table in the machining machine adsorbing a plate to be machined to a table by pressure difference (negative pressure) and cutting the plate to be machined with a cutting blade.SOLUTION: To a suction plate 10, a nonwoven sheet material 11 for covering a suction hole 10a, which has permeability and suction resistance to air, has gaps between fibers inside, and has elasticity as a whole, is attached. For the attachment of the nonwoven sheet material 11 to the suction plate 10, for example, a peripheral portion of the nonwoven sheet material 11 is fixed by double-sided tape 11b and a tacker needle 11a, and the inside thereof is intermittently fixed by the double-sided tape 11b extending in a Y-direction. The peripheral portion of the nonwoven sheet material 11 may be fixed to the suction plate 10 only by the tacker needle 11a without using the double-sided tape 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
