Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure safety by rotating an agitator when cleaning work is performed on a carpet, and stopping the rotation of the agitator when a suction tool for vacuum cleaner with structure to discharge dust is left unused.
CONSTITUTION: A sector A47 is fixed coaxially with a suction tool progression detecting roller A42 which detects the movement of a suction tool main body 20, and when the suction tool main body 20 is inclined, a key 49 supported with bearings with the sector A47 in such a way that it can be turned is engaged with the gear of the sector A47, which regulates the rotation of the suction tool progression detecting roller A42.
