A suction force transmission means 25b moving along the receiving means is provided on each of the suction pads P; the suction force of the suction pads is applied to the receiving means 23 via the suction force transmission means 25b of the plurality of suction pads P opposite to the sucked face S, and the device body 1 is sucked by the sucked face S by the suction force applied to the receiving means 23.
