Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar chain refining apparatus and a sugar chain refining method which can separate and refine a large amount of sugar chains easily with good accuracy.SOLUTION: The sugar chain refining apparatus 1 which refines sugar chains from a sugar chain-containing solution includes: a plate assembly 10 which comprises a first upper plate 100, a second upper plate 100', a first lower plate 300, a second lower plate 200, and a support body 700 for supporting one of the first and second upper plates 100, 100' and one of the first and second lower plates 300, 200 in a state where they are vertically arranged and assembled; a stage 3 on which the plate assembly 10 is mounted; and a heating means 6 which heats the plate assembly 10. In the plate assembly 10, the first lower plate 300 and the second lower plate 200 can be interchanged on the stage 3.
