Abstract:
To provide a sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte material capable of stably obtaining a solid electrolyte membrane having good lithium ion conductivity and suppressing generation of cracks.SOLUTION: A sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte material having lithium ion conductivity and containing Li, P, and S as constituent elements has diffraction peaks at a diffraction angle 2θ=17.2±0.5°, a diffraction angle 2θ=25.6±0.5°, and a diffraction angle 2θ=29.2±0.8° in a spectrum obtained by X-ray diffraction using CuKα radiation as a radiation source, and the density of a press-formed body obtained by press-forming the sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte material at 270 MPa for 10 minutes is 1.55 g/cm3 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
