Abstract:
The manufacture of a solar collector is carried out in such a manner that a reflecting plastic diaphragm (1), which is gripped at its edge, is uniformly stressed over its surface. This results in an approximately parabolic deformation of the diaphragm (1). The surface stressing is carried out by producing an excess pressure in a chamber (6) which is formed by tensioning a transparent second diaphragm (5) over the first diaphragm (1) and connecting it tightly at the edge. The heat-evaluating means are arranged at the focus (7). To increase the efficiency, the arrangement is made in such a manner that the curvature of the reflecting diaphragm (1) is greater than that of the transparent diaphragm (5). The latter can also have a support network (61).
