Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking device that can make large a negative elevation angle of a panel receiving or converging sunlight and can efficiently remove fugitive dust deposited on a light reception plane or light convergence plane of the panel.SOLUTION: A sunlight tracking device includes a column 2, a panel 1 supported by the column 2, and receiving or converging sunlight, and a drive device 4 which drives the panel 1 so as to track at least one of the altitude or azimuth angle of the sun. The panel 1 has an opening part 3 that the column 2 can pass through. When the panel 1 faces the ground surface, the column 2 passes through the opening part 3.
