Title:
SUPER-CONDUCTIVE MAGNET APPARATUS AND MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING APPARATUS USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006095022
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a super-conductive magnet apparatus for MRI equipment having high magnetic field generating efficiency, having a small size and a light weight, preventing the quenching and stably operating even in a case of using relatively a lot of superconductive coils such as five or more.

This super-conductive magnet apparatus is provided with a static magnetic field generating means having a plurality of superconductive coils for generating a uniform static magnetic field in a predetermined range and a storage container storing the plurality of the superconductive coils and cooling them to a predetermined temperature, a refrigerant container incorporating refrigerant for cooling the plurality of superconductive coils by the storage container, and a vacuum container for storing the refrigerant container. At least one superconductive coil in the plurality of superconductive coils is disposed outside the refrigerant container via a high heat conductive material.
