Abstract:

To improve the separation efficiency of a supercritical fluid separation device by comparing the inside temperature of a separation vessel, which is measured by a temperature sensor, to a previously set objective temperature and controlling heating the separation vessel in accordance with the compared result to precisely control the inside temperature of the separation vessel.

Each temperature of a prescribed fluid and sample material in an extraction vessel 3 is respectively measured by a temperature sensor 13 and the electric signal is amplified by a signal amplifier 101, A/D converted by an analogue board 10 and fetched into a personal computer 9 of an power supply control means. In the personal computer 9, the measured temperature by the temperature sensor 13 is compared to the previously set and inputted target temperature and the power controller 40 is controlled in accordance with the compared result. In the case that the measured temperature is, for example, lower than the target temperature, the power controller 40 is controlled to increase the calories of a heater 20 to heat an extraction vessel main body 3a to be hotter with a heat transfer block 21.
