Abstract:
To provide a supercharging engine capable of suppressing intake from flowing back caused by self-opening of an exhaust selector valve due to back pressure.SOLUTION: A supercharging engine is configured to, in a single turbo region that commands closing of all of an intake selector valve, an intake bypass valve and an exhaust selector valve (S100: YES), based on back pressure PE and driving force FDRV of an actuator of the exhaust selector valve, determine whether self-opening of the exhaust selector valve occurs due to the back pressure (S130). Then, the supercharging engine is configured to, when it is determined that the self-opening of the exhaust selector valve occurs due to the back pressure, instruct the intake selector valve to open (S140).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
