PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharger cleaning device for preventing corrosion of a turbine of a supercharger by adhering a cleaning agent to the turbine of the supercharger with a simpler configuration, the supercharger and an internal combustion engine including the same and a cleaning method of a supercharger.SOLUTION: A supercharger cleaning device includes: a cleaning agent storage part 11 in which a cleaning agent for cleaning a supercharger 5 of an internal combustion engine 1 is stored; a compressed air storage part 13 in which compressed air leading to the internal combustion engine 1 is stored; first piping 8 for leading a part of the compressed air of the compressed air storage part 13 to the cleaning agent storage part 11; and second piping 9 for leading the cleaning agent stored in the cleaning agent storage part 11 to a turbine of the supercharger 5 together with the compressed air. At the time of compressed air supply for supplying the compressed air to the internal combustion engine 1 from the compressed air storage part 13, the cleaning agent stored in the cleaning agent storage part 11 is supplied to the turbine of the supercharger 5 via the second piping 9 by the compressed air supplied via the first piping 8.
