Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a substrate for a superconducting device which can be electrically connected to various type superconducting thin film and to realize diversified applications of the device in an optoelectric field. CONSTITUTION:The superconducting device irradiates a system having a superconducting thin film formed on an SrTiO3 substrate with a light having energy in the range of 3 to 5eV at a lower temperature than 150K to achieve optical conduction and to electrically connect the film to the substrate.
