Title:
SUPERCONDUCTING FAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01190255
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To diffuse an ionized gas with a low energy consumption by constituting an apparatus from at least one set of electrodes having positive and negative polarities and from at least one set of superconductors arranged so as to intersect perpendicularly with said electrodes and having N and S poles.

CONSTITUTION: An ionized gas generated in an ionized gas generating means 1 is guided to an air gap formed by electrodes 2, 3 and superconductors 4, 5. As a result, said ionized gas operates as a fan, because it is sent to an external space according to the Fleming's left-hand rule. Then, it is possible to maintain a continuous action, because the ionized gas to be diffused operates so as to conduct the gas in the ionized gas generating means 1.
