Abstract:
To reduce the effect of cooling of a superconducting magnet by the high magnetic field generated by the superconducting magnet.SOLUTION: A superconducting magnet cooling device 100 includes a pulse tube refrigerator 10 including a superconducting magnet 102 that generates a high magnetic field region 106 that becomes a high magnetic field of 0.8 T or more and 4.5 T or less in the surrounding area, a cooling stage 18 as a cooling source for the superconducting magnet 102, and a regenerator 22 fixedly installed adjacent to the cooling stage 18 and having a magnetic regenerator 23. The cooling stage 18 is arranged near the superconducting magnet 102 such that the magnetic regenerator 23 is arranged in the high magnetic field region 106.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
