Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting motor cooling device capable of easily cooling a field superconducting coil through heat conduction of interposed members.SOLUTION: A superconducting motor cooling device includes: heat conductors 15a-15d in contact with field superconducting coils 13a-13d of a rotor; a brush or a bearing which corresponds to rotation of a rotary shaft 11 and is formed from a heat conductive substance; a cold storage member 14 interposed between the heat conductors 15a-15d and the brush or the bearing; and a heat conductor 15e interposed between a refrigerator 20 and an outer peripheral surface of a needle bearing in a radial direction of the rotary shaft 11. In the superconducting motor cooling device, the field superconducting coil can be easily cooled by heat conduction of the interposed members.
