While fixing two or more static side superconductive materials 13 to the inner circumference side of a stator 11 used as housing, a rotation side superconductive material 15 is attached to the external surface of a rotation driving shaft 12 passed over the interior space of the stator 11. By the rotating field generated by the phase displacement of the current supplied to each static side superconductive material 13, torque is induced to the rotation side superconductive material 15 by the side of the rotation driving shaft 12. And further, the static side superconductive material 13 and the rotation side superconductive material 15 are cooled with the refrigerant.
