Abstract:

To provide a tube shape structure which can keep the shape during a handling process and an assembling process even after heat treatment and is prevented from a local hardness change due to a diameter change.

The tube shape structure includes a plurality of filaments made of a superelastic alloy which is braised into a braid and is formed of an inner path. The filament made of the superelastic alloy has the maximum non-axis dimensions not longer than 12.0 mil (0.305 mm) and the superelastic alloy contains an Ni-Ti alloy containing at least 1.5 wt% of at least one alloy element selected from the group of V, Cr, Mn, Fe, and Co.
