Abstract:

To provide a superheated steam cooker that can reduce uneven heating by increasing the efficiency of heating of a cooked object by the supply of superheated steam.

The superheated steam cooker comprises a cooking chamber 2 for storing food to be cooked, a steam generation means for generating steam, superheated steam generation means 6a and 6b for heating the steam generated by the steam generation means, and a plurality of outlets 7a to 7c for emitting the superheated steam heated by the superheated steam generation means 6a and 6b into the cooking chamber 2. The outlets 7a to 7c are arranged in pairs in positions substantially symmetric with respect to the centerline, along sides, of the position in the cooking chamber 2 to store the food.
